From the military to the start line

My journey began when I joined the Military at 16, serving for eight years. It was there I discovered a love for running and pushing myself through physical and mental challenges — experiences that shaped both the person and coach I am today.

After leaving the Army in 2018, running became much more than a hobby. It helped me overcome a 10-year addiction, giving me purpose, structure and discipline. What started as a way to stay on track soon became a passion that completely changed my life.

Since then, I’ve completed multiple ultramarathons, marathons and raced 5Ks & 10Ks. Those experiences allow me to coach from first-hand knowledge, understanding the commitment, setbacks and consistency needed to achieve big goals.

In 2024, I co-founded 147 Functional Fitness, coaching large group sessions before becoming a qualified UK Athletics Running Coach to specialise in helping runners.
